Virginia Scholarships*The Virginia Space Grant Universities are College of William & Mary, Hampton University, Old Dominion University, University of Virginia and Virginia Polytechnic Institute.Aerospace Undergraduate Research Scholarships This scholarship program is available to juniors and seniors studying at one of the five Space Grant Universities* (College of William & Mary, Hampton University, Old Dominion University, University of Virginia and Virginia Polytechnic Institute) with a relevance to aerospace and being actively engaged in a research project. The maximum scholarship amount can not exceed $8,500. There may be other requirements. Deadline is February 6, 2006 Teacher Education Scholarships These scholarships are in the amount of $1,000. Applicants must be enrolled at a Virginia Space Grant university* in a program leading to their teacher certification in a pre-college setting. Subjects considered first will be technology education, mathematics, or earth/space/environmental science. There may be other requirements.
