Oklahoma ScholarshipsAcademic Scholars Program This scholarship will provide awards to academically outstanding students attending an Oklahoma college or university. Oklahoma residents and out of state students may qualify. The scholarship amount can be up to $5,500 per year, depending on the institution attended and the qualification status of the recipient. There may be other requirements.Regional University Baccalaureate Scholarship Eleven regional Oklahoma universities are able to provide scholarships to up to 15 academically promising students each. Students must be Oklahoma residents and must qualify either with an ACT composite score of 30 or higher or be a National Merit Semifinalist or Commended Student. There may be other requirements. Oklahoma's Promise Oklahoma residents who are students in the 8th, 9th or 10th grades can apply to the Oklahoma's Promise program. Students must complete their high school courses with a 2.5 or higher GPA and their parents' income must not exceed $50,000.
