North Dakota ScholarshipsNorth Dakota Scholars Program This scholarship is merit based and is intended to encourage North Dakota's brightest students to remain in ND for their college studies. High school juniors must take the ACT between October and June and score in the top 5% of all North Dakota students taking the ACT. This is a full tuition scholarship to public institutions or the equivalent if attending a private university. The scholarship is renewable by keeping a 3.5 GPA.North Dakota Indian Scholarship Program This program provides for American Indian students by awarding scholarships ranging from $500 to $2000 per year. You must be a North Dakota resident with at least 1/4 Indian blood or belong to a ND Indian tribe. There are other requirements.
