Branstad Iowa State Fair Scholarships If you have actively participated in the Iowa State Fair and are a graduating senior going to an Iowa school, then you may be eligible for this scholarship. McGraw Greater Dubuque College Scholarship Competition If you are a high school senior in the Greater Dubuque area, which includes Jo Daviess County, IL, Grant County, WI, and Dubuque County, IA, and you are planning on attending and accredited college or university full-time, you may be eligible for this McGraw-Hill sponsored scholarship. The scholarships are worth $2,500 per year for four years (assuming that grades are maintained at an acceptable level).
