Delaware ScholarshipsDiamond State Scholarships Seniors who are in the top 25% of their class, score at least 1800 on the SAT and are enrolled at a nonprofit, regionally accredited school may be eligible for the Diamond State Scholarship. The award is $1250 per year and is renewable. The application deadline is 4:30 p.m. on March 31, 2006. The application will be available after December 9.B. Bradford Barnes Memorial Scholarship This scholarship provides full tuition, fees, room, board, and books at the University of Delaware and is renewable for up to three additional years. There is one award given per year. The Common Merit Application must be filed by Feb 6, 2006 at 4:30pm. Delaware SEED Scholarship The SEED (Student Excellence Equals Degree) Program will provide tuition for students pursuing an Associate's Degree at Delaware Technical & Community College or an Associate of Arts degree at the University of Delaware. If you have a 2.5 GPA and no felony convictions, you may be eligible. Check http://seedscholarship.delaware.gov/ for details and more requirements for the SEED Scholarship. Delaware Community Foundation Scholarships The Delaware Community Foundation administers more than 40 separate scholarships. You can apply for all by filling out a single application.
