Rhode Island College Grants and LoansRhode Island GrantsRhode Island State Grant Program This program awards grants ranging from $300 to $1400 per year to students whose family resources aren't enough to pay for college. Students must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1. There may be other requirements.CollegeBoundfund Matching Grant Program This grant is available to Rhode Island residents who make contributions to a Rhode Island 529 plan and who meet the other eligibility requirements.
