Oklahoma College Grants and LoansOklahoma GrantsOklahoma Tuition Aid Grant Program This grant is need-based for Oklahoma residents who attend approved higher education institutions in Oklahoma. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is a required submission. It must be filed by June 30, but students are encouraged to file by April 15, since enough funds aren't always available.Oklahoma Tuition Equalization Grant Program This grant is for Oklahoma residents enrolled as full-time undergrads at Oklahoma non-profit, private or independent colleges, universities or teechnical schools. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is a required submission. Applicants must be first time freshmen enrolled full time. There are other requirements.
