Wal-Mart Sam Walton Community ScholarshipsUnfortunately, the Wal-Mart Foundation apparently is no longer offering the Sam Walton Community Scholarships.The Wal-Mart Foundation funded more than 2,500 scholarships of $3,000 each for 2010 in the name of the Sam Walton Community Scholarships. To apply you must be a high school senior maintaining at least a 2.5 GPA, as well as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States. Applicants must also have taken either the ACT or the SAT. Students who are employees of Walmart or a dependent of employees or the Board of Directors are not eligible for this scholarship.
