Kansas College Grants and LoansKansas GrantsKansas Comprehensive Grants If you are a Kansas resident with financial need, you may be eligible for these grants. You must complete and submit the FAFSA, listing one or more of the eligible colleges in the FAFSA. The FAFSA must be received by April 1. The award amounts range from $200-$3,000 at the private institutions and $100-$1,100 at the public institutions.
