Minnesota 529 College Savings PlanMinnesota College Savings PlanThe Minnesota 529 Savings Plan is administered by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and is managed by TIAA-CREF Tuition Financing, Inc. The plan offers tax-deferred growth and if used for qualified higher education expenses, withdrawals will be federal and Minnesota state tax free.
